How the Rapid Return Roadmap™ Works
This is an intensive program for athletes who want to recover in a short timeframe. It requires real commitment and consistent effort throughout the process.
We start by identifying your injury and setting a clear recovery deadline based on when you need to be back.
From there, we implement a Rapid Return Training Program tailored specifically to your injury, along with targeted recovery tools.
All exercises are form-coached to ensure correct execution for maximum recovery speed and safety.
You’ll have three 1-on-1 calls per week to closely monitor progress and keep the recovery process on track.
To support you during this critical phase, you’ll also get access to a Rapid Return Cheatsheet — a simple, practical guide covering all the essential knowledge and tools you need without going through long courses.
The return-to-sport process begins as soon as your body is ready, depending on your injury, with close planning and guidance to ensure a safe and efficient return.
Throughout the entire program, you’ll have 24/7 chat support from Shayaan for full guidance, feedback, and accountability.
Ideal for athletes who:
Recently suffered an acute injury
Need to recover in time for an important tournament, match, or trial
Want clear guidance during the return-to-play process
Want to avoid rushing back blindly and making the injury worse
Want to return to sport feeling physically prepared and confident
