The Pain-Free Athlete Standard is our flagship program designed to eliminate chronic pain and long-term injuries by fixing the root cause. It's a personalized 1-on-1 coaching program to help athletes transform their bodies from weak, dysfunctional, and injury-prone to pain-free, athletic, and resilient!

The goal of this program is not just to reduce pain symptoms. Our purpose is to incorporate the 3 mechanisms of nature (Bulletproofing, Fascia, and GOATA) to fix the root cause of dysfunction, so that the pain hopefully never comes back!

How the Pain-Free Athlete Standard™ Works

We start with a 1-on-1 live call where we run through your situation and perform key assessments to help identify the root cause of your pain or dysfunction.

Keep in mind that root-cause identification is a gradual process. It becomes clearer over time as we gather more feedback from your body.

Based on the root cause, we create a personalized version of the Pain-Free Athlete Training Program tailored specifically to your needs and begin your transformation.

You’ll have one weekly 1-on-1 check-in call to track progress, review changes, and make adjustments to keep the process safe and effective.

You’ll also send short clips of key exercises when needed so we can ensure proper form and make corrections for maximum progress.

Alongside this, you’ll get access to structured course materials and protocols that provide the essential tools and principles needed to manage pain, improve function, and support recovery throughout the process.

As your body improves and becomes more stable, we gradually begin the return-to-play process, slowly reintroducing sport-specific loading to move you back toward pain-free performance.

Throughout the entire program, you’ll have 24/7 support from Shayaan for guidance, feedback, and accountability whenever you need it.
