The Health to Performance System is our health program for athletes whose performance is being limited by factors other than pain or injury. It's a personalized 1-on-1 coaching program to help athletes identify and overcome performance bottlenecks like fitness, body composition, weight related issues, and unhealthy habits.

When health improves, performance often follows. So the goal of this program is not just to make you feel healthier. Our purpose is to use health as a tool to enhance your performance and help you reach the next level!

How the Health to Performance System™ Works

We start with a 1-on-1 call where we assess your current health status and performance bottlenecks — the key factors limiting your performance.

From there, we build a custom nutrition plan to improve your health, along with access to structured Holistic Health Course Materials that provide the essential knowledge, principles, and tools needed to build a strong health foundation.

To address performance limitations, we provide a modified version of the Performance Optimization Training Program tailored to your needs. Form coaching is included where necessary for specific drills.

Throughout the process, you’ll receive ongoing guidance from Shayaan through 24/7 chat support, along with regular 1-on-1 calls to monitor progress and make adjustments.

The goal is to first build a strong health foundation — and then translate that foundation into a higher level of athletic performance.
